Sometimes you just need a working LibXenon machine, but making one from scratch can be boring and time-wasting.
So I did it for you!

You can download HERE a plug-n-play vmdk and use it in a VM.
It's based on Ubuntu 12.04 and contains toolchain and libs.

Hello , i've downloaded this , and got it to work on vmware but i can't fine where to put username and password
also can't find toolchain and libs , if there is some exmaples to test or tutorials where can i find them ?

VM comes with toolchain and libs, you shouldn't need to install extra stuff.
Password is required for login/sudo.

also where can i find this xell reloaded writing , and the version and how to change background color

For the ascii art there's a header inside lv2 folder.
fg/bg colors are set with console_set_colors() call.

i followed what you said and compiled it , i got the files , i've renamed xell-2f.bin to updxell.bin to make an update
when i power the x360 with eject button it stays black screen , but with power-on button it works without problem.
-other thing , i've recompiled tank360 "game" i get this error <Segmentation fault!>

If you have an Xbox with RGH you have to use xell-ggg.bin. The segmentation fault problem was sometimes related on bad usb pendrive compatibility or a bad formatted one. Xell-2f is for Jtag console.
